If the item was shipped in a rigid white mailer and the mailer is still reusable, please ship the item back in that mailer. My padded mailers have a resealable strip on them. I highly encourage that all returns/exchange be shipped back in the packaging in which it was received. Should a replacement product be requested, shipping for the replacement product will be paid by the buyer.
